POWER
A single 5V DC supply or a portable battery source can power the Business Card DSP™ board, which can, in turn, provide power to drive front-panel LEDs, switches and potentiometers.
USER INTERFACE
The Business Card DSP™board will read up to 8 continuous controllers, such as pedals, potentiometers or optical devices, and it offers up to 16 general-purpose I/O lines to support plenty of switches and LEDs with no additional multiplexing required. MIDI in and out are also provided on-board.
AUDIO
The Business Card DSP™ board either comes with an on-board 24-bit 96kHz stereo codec or can be flexibly configured to interface with converters of your choice, whether mono, stereo or multichannel, up to 32 bits wide. The on-board codec circuit may include a high-impedance guitar input, microphone input, line-level stereo I/O, and even a built-in headphone amp. Both single-ended and differential signals are supported.

The Pittsburgh Digital LaunchPad™ mother board provides an instant interface to the Business Card DSP™ board for rapid prototyping of Business Card DSP™ board-based products. Industry standard 1/4" jacks provide stereo line in/out, guitar in and pedal in. Plug microphones into its XLR /TRS combo jack, and use its on-board MIDI in/out jacks. Programmable switches, potentiometers, LEDs and dual 7-segment display quickly validate your user interface and get your product ready for takeoff.
